When customer provides formula or raw material, we can provide equipment and manpower to produce products. Customer can use their logo brand to sell finished products.

Step 1. Raw Material Purchasing
For the sake of providing high quality and
eco-friendly products, INYI only purchase eco-friendly raw material to decrease
environmental damage.
Step 2. Raw Material Examination
All raw materials will examine first to ensure each products’ quality and safety. INYI believe that only have strict raw material examination enable to make a perfect product.
Step 3. Bottle Disinfection
Bottle disinfection has different method to sterilize bottle and it depends on bottle quality, printing method, or packaging way for ensuring bottle safety and hygiene.
Step 4. Production & Quality Examination
Each product has different production process. We will arrange production flow in order to provide perfect products for our customers.
Step 5. Filling and Packaging
INYI has high quality liquid filling machine, capping machine, labeling machine
…etc.
Step 6. Examine finished product
Each product will follow strict quality standard to examine products and finished products will random sampling to test quality before shipping to customers.
Step 7. 生產與印刷
對設計與商業的產品有不同且分開的作業流程，因為英易生技可以提供整合包裝製程的選擇，產品的開發、印前、印刷、成型與包裝都結合在一個端對端的作業流程中，因此您的生產製造過程可以很迅速、很靈活也可以讓您的成本透明化，並且穩定生產。

● 產品的檢驗標準資料的訂立與建立。
● 廠商交貨品質評估，與進料檢驗記錄。
● 在滿足客戶要求下，可定義特定的品質管理辦法。
● 提供多樣式的品質統計報告，並以專業的方式展現品管效能。
● 靈活機動的製程檢驗，產品在生產製造的過程中保持品質水準。
● 持續改善產品品質，交期服務的管理功能，滿足客戶及市場。
● 提供品質稽核規劃執行程序，對於任何品質問題可以進行有效的追蹤考核。
● 檢驗已明確的物料品質管理辦法，以最經濟的品質水準下驗收的物料，確保進料品質。
● 客戶抱怨（含客戶退貨）時，品質問題發生原因之調查，以矯正預防相同的問題再度發生。
Step 7. Delivery Goods
In order to confirm product quality, we will examine product before delivering goods.
Each product will be strict to examine, only qualified product allow delivering.
INYI can provide constant temperature warehouse to store product for beginning entrepreneur and entrepreneur with limited place.
We also cooperate with professional shipping company so that products can deliver to customer with safety.
Note: Warehouse only can place goods for one year. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
